A 11.3 acre wayside amenity strategically positioned to cater to high traffic volume, and nearby student campuses and cities.

The National Highways Logistics Management Limited along with the National Highways Association of India has introduced a public private partnership model to develop wayside amenities. This initiative is driven by the recognition that highway infrastructure must serve a dual purpose: facilitating high-speed movement plus providing the necessary support systems to ensure that such movement is safe and sustainable. In alignment with this mission, JCK, using its core competencies in large-scale land development, facility management, and the provision of “intelligent infrastructure,” intends to develop a Wayside Amenity that meets global standards through key partnerships with OMCs, QSRs and others. JCK plans to create a pan India footprint of WSA assets and become synonymous with highway stops.
